Jason began writing plays just over a year ago. For his day job he works as a user experience art director for BBC Technology. He also produces a webzine devoted to publishing new experimental art, and writing, called TenThousandMonkeys.com. The first evening of Jason's work, called "Fiddlers, Fairies, and Freaks" was performed in February. He is ecstatic that this play has been chosen to compete in the Samuel French one act festival, and hopes you enjoy watching it as much as he enjoyed writing it. Jason would like to dedicate "Telling the Leaves" to the memory of one of his closest friends, Jeffrey Smith.
