Lead experience designer/architect for multiple broadcast news, sports, and entertainment related digital workflow conversion and media asset management projects. Responsible for leading user requirements gathering and analysis sessions, the creation of user personas, use cases, interaction flows, the development of low and high fidelity prototypes, and user experience design specification documents.
- Lead interface designer for ESPN’s Digital Center Project, the largest digital sports broadcast center in the world, and the first to use a completely tapeless workflow.
Lead experience and brand designer for web-based media asset management e-commerce solutions. Responsible for leading user requirements and branding requirements gathering and analysis sessions, developing all artifacts as above, including usability, design, and branding briefs, as well as brand guidelines, and style guides. Responsible for running usability and brand seminars and workshops with client customers.
- Lead brand and interface designer for the BBC World Wide Motion Gallery portal. (http://www.bbcmotiongallery.com/) Created a new visual branding system to be used in print, video, and online, as well as created an engaging and usable online e-commerce experience, which was able to present to users, in a simple and understandable way, the complex process of stock footage licensing.
Lead experience designer for various broadband and wireless based applications, ranging from interactive television, and distance learning tools, to wireless entertainment portals. Responsible for the creation of design comps, user personas, usability and brand briefs, low and high fidelity prototypes, and user experience design specifications.
- Lead interface designer for 3 (Formerly Hutchison 3G), the first 3G wireless provider in the UK. Designed applications to prepare rich media content for delivery to wireless devices allowing UK users access to live sporting events, as well as pre-recorded video news, and entertainment content streamed directly to their cellular phones.
Art Directed sales presentations, videos, and tools that helped BBC Technology close vital North American business, such as projects for ESPN, DirecTV, and NPR, which enabled this new division of the corporation to become profitable in less than 2 years.

- Lead interface designer for distance-learning company Vidyah, creating their first product suite, a set of tools that allowed the syncing of time based streaming media with other web-based content.

- Lead user experience consultant for Footage Now, a stock footage company that was acquired by Corbis to create its Corbis Motion e-commerce division. User experience strategy documents are still in use today.
Broadcast user experience consultant. Responsible for drafting usability and interaction design technology briefs for next generation, set-top box/interactive television projects.
